    Are you aware that this offer is only good for American customers? I’d love to read your book, and probably will get it at some time, but I’m rather disappointed in Amazon’s policies.

      Hello Pat, I am sorry that you were not able to get my book, however, when I go into Amazon to check my sales, there are about 9 other countries that are able to get them and have. May I ask where you are from?
